Diddy thought Cassie Ventura was having an affair Michael B. Jordan in 2015.
The claim came up during Cassie’s cross-examination by Diddy’s lawyer, Anna Estevao, on Thursday. The defense attorney asked the singer if Diddy “suspected” she and MBJ had an affair after they broke up, while she was filming Honey 3: Dare to Dance in South Africa.
“Mr. Combs suspected you of [having] a relationship with whom?” Estevao asked, to which Cassie responded, “Michael B. Jordan,” according to trial transcripts shared by Inner City Press reporter Matthew Russell Lee.
According to the BBC, the exes split after Cassie saw a photo of Diddy with a woman named Gina, whom he had previously told Ventura he wasn’t dating.
