Drake’s October’s Very Own is stepping further onto the fairway, linking up with Callaway Golf and Vessel Golf on a capsule that infuses on-course essentials with streetwear attitude. The collection spans a Callaway Chrome Tour ball set in a black-and-gold monogram box, an Odyssey Ai-ONE #7 mallet, Opus wedges, a logo-heavy towel and glove and a Vessel stand bag. Each item carries OVO’s signature owl and cursive script for a distinctly Toronto stamp.
While Callaway and Vessel bring the technical credibility, OVO’s creative direction positions the capsule as more of a cultural play than a technical innovation push. Case in point: the campaign images which feature OVO Niko leaning fully into the aesthetic with Jordan golf shoes on foot and cigar in hand. It’s a reminder that golf’s new audience is equally attuned to streetwear cues as they are to more conventional polos and chinos.
And while this isn’t Drake’s first golf crossover (that distinction belongs to Nocta), it shows OVO’s commitment to weaving golf into its lifestyle orbit. The drop is available now via the brand’s online shop.
