Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl Cooper’s Eastside Golf is cooking up something new with Nike. Pro golfer Matt Kang recently posted to his social media a couple pairs of new, never-before-seen golf shoes under Eastside Golf and Nike’s upcoming “Take Flight” collaboration. Fans now get a first look at the two new pairs from the collaboration, including an Eastside Golf x Nike Victory Tour 4. The Victory Tour 4 shoe arrives in a clean and crisp white leather upper featuring baby blue accents that hit the outsole as well as the Swoosh. Within the Swoosh is Eastside Golf’s branding in cursive, adding an extra detailed touch to the golf shoe.
The collaborative pack also sees a new take on the Air Max Plus Golf. Eastside reworks the classic Sean McDowell-designed shoe giving it a monochrome powder blue colorway and a new TPU that spells out “Eastside” in a vintage font aesthetic. THe light backdrop is highlighted by the darker overlays while the midfoot plate is accentuated with a metallic finish. Additionally, the laces are given gold tips to elevate the shoe, giving it a premium touch. Both silhouettes can be purchased early on Eastside Golf’s website on September 25 before releasing widely via Nike and select retail partners on October 2.
