Lane Crawford, USM, and Kasing Lung have officially joined forces to unveil the “Beautiful Thing!” collection in Hong Kong. Serving as a global exclusive launch, the highly anticipated drop successfully merges Swiss architectural design with mischievous art-toy culture.
At the center of the drop is a limited-edition collectable featuring a classic USM glass display cabinet heavily adorned with Lung’s signature illustrations. The interior of the decorated glass case houses the exclusive co-branded Labubu Bob character, which comes seated on a dedicated USM mini seat. To ensure full authenticity, each collectable arrives with an artist-signed certificate and an NFC-authenticated collector’s code.
Beyond the collectable figure, the collaborative effort expands into a full USM furniture collection. Known for its freely configurable metal modules, the timeless made-to-order cabinets are reimagined with a whimsical twist as Lung’s beloved monster characters are brought to life across the exterior panels. The capsule effectively turns everyday living spaces into secret treasure troves of beautiful objects. To celebrate the launch, Lane Crawford is hosting an immersive physical experience dubbed “The Monsters’ Tea Room” at its Pacific Place location, blending the furniture showcase with nostalgic Hong Kong dining elements.
The “Beautiful Thing!” collectable is available via a public raffle from April 23 to May 4 while the expansive furniture collection is available for pre-order until July 31 via Lane Crawford.
