Nothing has expanded its Ear (open) lineup with a new Blue colorway. This fresh variant is an evolution of the blue shade seen on the Phone (3a) and Phone (4a), drawing design inspiration from retro electronics, blue tennis courts and transparent sculptures by artist De Wain Valentine. This vibrant addition also integrates harmoniously into Nothing’s wider product ecosystem while maintaining the brand’s signature transparent aesthetic.
Designed for lightweight comfort and situational awareness, the earbuds weigh just 8.1 grams each and feature a slim, transparent aesthetic inspired by blue tennis courts, workout equipment, and retro electronics. The charging case measures only 19 mm thin, reinforcing portability and ease of use for daily movement. With up to 30 hours of playback via the charging case and 10 hours from a 10‑minute quick charge, the earbuds are optimized for endurance.
Durability is supported by an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, alongside sweat‑testing under extreme conditions. Additional features include Clear Voice Technology for calls, dual device connection, low‑latency mode and full EQ customization via the Nothing X app.
Users pairing with Nothing OS devices can also access ChatGPT voice control directly through the earbuds. With its expressive design and advanced performance, Ear (open) Blue extends Nothing’s ecosystem while reinforcing its mission to merge culture, creativity, and technology into everyday experiences.
The Ear (open) in Blue is now available to shop through Nothing’s official website for $99 USD.
