Independent watchmaker Baltic has officially unveiled the latest evolution of its Scalegraph collection, introducing a robust, sports-oriented identity to the vintage-inspired line. The new generation of the Scalegraph maintains its 39.5mm diameter but completely reworks the stainless steel case for a more athletic presence. The case now features wider lugs with sharper angles and vertical brushing, replacing the previous circular finishing. The introduction of screw-down pushers and an engraved crown also elevates the chronograph’s water resistance up to 100 meters.
The revamped Scalegraph is offered in three distinct dial variations: a glossy blue, a metallic grey and a metallic champagne. Protected by a double-domed sapphire crystal with an internal anti-reflective coating, each dial is framed by a matching brushed aluminum tachymeter bezel. The high-contrast face utilizes three light beige azurage subdials bordered by polished rings that echo the concentric index lines to add dynamic volume. For optimal legibility in low-light conditions, Baltic has applied Super-LumiNova® BGW9 to the polished steel dauphine hour and minute hands, as well as to the round indices on the minute track.
Powering this sports chronograph is the Swiss-made Sellita SW510-M, a mechanical hand-wound movement renowned for its robustness and exemplary reliability. This complication caliber features a stop-second function and delivers a generous 63 hours of power reserve. Collectors can pair the versatile timepiece with an Italian calf leather strap, a steel “Beads of rice” bracelet, or a steel “Flat link” bracelet.
Available to order now, the three new Scalegraph watches are priced €1,968 EUR (approx. $2,236 USD) on a leather strap and €2,040 EUR (approx. $2,318 USD) on a bracelet. For more details, visit Baltic’s official webstore.
