Future’s COMME des GARÇONS PLAY x Converse collaboration is now available to pre-order exclusively through Dover Street Market.

Limited to 300 pairs, the black and white Chuck Taylor 70s are priced at $295 USD each.

Following their Paris debut last month, Future’s limited-edition COMME des GARÇONS PLAY x Converse Chuck Taylors featuring artwork by Robert Nava are now available to pre-order exclusively through a special Dover Street Market online shop.

The collaboration was first unveiled at Dover Street Market Paris on June 27 through a special pop-up attended by Future. Limited to just 300 pairs, the release introduced two new takes on the iconic Chuck Taylor, combining the familiar COMME des GARÇONS PLAY silhouette with artwork connected to the rapper’s latest album, The Real Me. The first 30 orders will also receive a special copy of album signed by Future.

The graphics are drawn from an original painting by Robert Nava, whose work is known for its raw depictions of angels, dragons and hybrid creatures. Working with loose lines, energetic brushstrokes and intentionally childlike forms, the Brooklyn-based artist creates his own contemporary mythology, pulling inspiration from prehistoric cave paintings, Egyptian art and cartoons. That unruly visual language brings a sense of fantasy and menace to both the sneakers and the wider imagery surrounding Future’s album.

Dover Street Market is now hosting the exclusive online pre-order through this site. Priced at $295 USD each in black and white versions, quantities remain extremely limited.
