Pharrell and adidas are preparing to release another bold iteration of their collaborative sneaker with the Pharrell x adidas Adistar Jellyfish “Core Black/Multicolor”. The upcoming pair pushes the boundaries of traditional running designs, introducing a bulky, heavily layered silhouette dressed in a mix of dark tones and vibrant neon pops.

Delivering a heavy, complex aesthetic, the shoe begins with a breathable mesh base set beneath thick synthetic overlays and molded paneling. Dark grey dominates the majority of the upper, while black detailing fills in the midfoot Three Stripes and surrounding sections. Adding depth to the chunky shape, pale blue emerges through the layered paneling. To break up the darker palette, hits of bright volt green are concentrated around the heel and the thick, aggressive sole unit.

Though the Adistar Jellyfish traces its roots back to an archival adidas running design, Pharrell’s updated interpretation dramatically transforms the original framework. Utilizing an exaggerated sole and oversized overlays, the updated model delivers a distinctly modern, lifestyle-focused look that departs significantly from its performance origins.

The Pharrell x adidas Adistar Jellyfish “Core Black/Multicolor” is expected to release in November 2026 via adidas.com and select retailers.
