For Off-White™‘s Spring 2026 “STAFF” tee, Ib Kamara invited a fellow New York City imprint to join the design process. Aaron and Sarah Maldonado’s Brigade brought both their design ethos and some archival references from Off-White™’s house history to this year’s signature “STAFF” shirt.
The basis for the graphic bridges both Brigade and Off-White™’s distinct design visions, with Aaron Maldonado tapping back into Virgil Abloh’s Off-White™ graphic language to inform the silhouette. Maldonado found particular influence in both brands’ shared use of eagle motifs, which he placed alongside 12 flags, the latter acting as a nod to Brigade’s own FW25 collection, which similarly features flag motifs.
In a major move for both partners, this season marks the first time ever Off-White™ has offered up their “STAFF” show shirt for purchase by the public.
