New Balance and Montreal-based design studio JJJJound have partnered on the JJJJound x New Balance 740N “Stoneware”. The collaborative release applies JJJJound’s signature minimalist aesthetic to the early-2000s performance runner.

Constructed with a light beige mesh base, the upper incorporates brown synthetic overlays wrapping across the toe, eyestays, side panels, and heel. Charcoal “N” logos deliver contrasting branding alongside a dark collar lining, while cream laces soften the upper’s earth-toned palette. Muted red and navy details subtly accent the lace loops, tongue labels, and heel units.

Underfoot, the pair retains its original tooling, featuring a sculpted off-white midsole built with ABZORB cushioning. A segmented black rubber outsole completes the build, with JJJJound branding subtly applied to the insoles.

The JJJJound x New Balance 740N “Stoneware” releases August 6, 2026.
